With our technologies and our knowhow along the entire value chain, we
support you in the economical production of high-quality blown films
that are convincing on the market. As one of the market leaders, we have proven this in more than 7,500 projects.
To achieve this, we rely on in-house production of all core components, our know-how from raw materials to machine technology to the end product, and long-term cooperation with you.
At Reifenhäuser Blown Film, we develop and manufacture modular 1-to 12-layer blown film lines from 300mm to 6,500 mm wide. We thus cover the entire technology spectrum – for the production of blown films for standard packaging, sophisticated technical films for food packaging with barrier properties, and agricultural films with a film circumference of up to 24 meters. Thanks to our modular technology kit, we always offer you the individually suitable solution for your application.
In the fully equipped Technology centre multiple lines are available for trial and / or demonstration.

Flexible film production at high quality and cost-efficiency. Flexible, reliable and future-proof: Our EVO standard lines cover an enormous range of raw materials and applications and can be adapted to special applications at the same time.

Cast Film
CPP is one of the products with the greatest demand in the packaging industry. Since the range of applications for this product is so vast, we offer a particularly broad range of standard components – for modular CPP cast film lines to match custom requirements perfectly. Cast lines available up to 8m wide and thickness range of 12 – 300μ in up to 11 layers.
Sheet Lines
For many years, there has been enormous demand on the market for hard packaging made from Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS) and Polyethylene Terephtalate (PET / rPET).
Our sheet lines permit rapid switchover between two raw materials. They produce high-quality films with extremely low shrinkage, with high energy efficiency, and with no scrap.
Single or twin screw extruders allow for up to 100% recycled materials and all Films produced with Reitruders on polishing stacks meet all the requirements of EFSA and PDA (FDA No Objection Letter on request). This also applies to films made from 100 percent recycling material.
Single layer up to 5-layer lines available depending on the application at thicknesses up to 2mm.
