PureLoop - a member of the Erema Group
PURE LOOP is a wholly owned Business Unit in the world renowned Erema Group GmbH. The Erema Group is a privately owned Company with a turnover in the year 2021/22 of 300 million euros and the number of employees grew to over 840.
A total of 300 extruders manufactured by the Group were delivered to customers all over the world. The regranulate production capacity of all extrusion systems delivered in the 2021/22 financial year corresponds to around 1.34 million tons per year!
PureLoop manufacture a range of Integrated Shredder Extruder Combination (ISEC) recycling systems for clean Post-Industrial waste streams with machines capable of producing between 70 Kg/Hr and 1,500 Kg/Hr.
As the ISEC is a single stage process, the resulting pellets have minimal degradation are the most energy efficient systems available on the market with typical energy consumption figures from 0.25 – 0.35 KW/KG.
Recycling
All formats of post-industrial plastic waste streams can be processed using the PureLoop Integrated Shredder Extruder Combination (ISEC). The ISEC is a single stage process, which eliminates the need to pre-size reduce the waste streams before pelletising.
